Folios 211-213: Mark Robinson, HMS Arethusa, at sea Cape Ortegal. Put to sea on 10 May 1795 following payment of bounties to the ship's crew. On 13 May 1795 detained the French ship Hypolite (Alexander Black, Master) navigating under American colours with no authority to do so. Robinson forwards various certificates believed to be falsely signed to justify the detaining of the Hypolite.
