Folios 203-204: Mark Robinson, HMS Arethusa, Spithead. Reports that he will put to sea to deliver dispatches to Rear Admiral Waldegrave and Sir Edward Pellew once he has sufficient numbers of crew to do so. He requires another 100 men to complete the ship's complement.
