Folios 203-204: Mark Robinson, HMS Arethusa, Spithead. Reports that he will put to sea to deliver dispatches to Rear Admiral Waldegrave and Sir Edward Pellew once he has sufficient numbers of crew to do so. He requires another 100 men to complete the ship's complement.
Folios 205-206: enclosure in folios 203-204. Letter dated 5 May 1795 by Mark Robinson, HMS Arethusa to Admiral Sir Peter Parker. Request for men.
