Folios 174-175: Bartholomew Roberts, HMS Undaunted at St Helens. Reports on searching a vessel he found Bastisa Pruvean a Frenchman, a deserter from the Bristol Prison ship at Chatham, who he has left with the commanding officer at troops at Gosport, so that Pruvean can be returned to there. Adds that Pruvean is a very improper person to be at liberty in this Country.
