Folios 171-172: Bartholomew Roberts, HMS Undaunted at Spithead. Concerning the Quota man, William Armstrong, from Wells sent on board HMS Undaunted. Armstong who was a deserter from the 88 Regiment of Foot, has been paid 5 guineas of the 15 guineas he is expected to receive.
Folios 172-173: enclosure in folios 171-172. Quota man printed certificate dated 3 August 1795 for William Armstrong, born Dublin, Landsman.
Folio 173: enclosure in folios 171-172. A medical report by Henry John Girdlistone, Wells, dated 3 August 1795, who states that William Armstrong was found to have a venereal complaint but in every other respect is a sound man and fit to serve.
