Folio 181. Folio 181. Letter from Richard Ball at Number 4 Blewett's Buildings, Fetter Lane, Holborn [London] to Lord Weymouth requesting reimbursement of his expenses having been sent by James Bruce the British Agent and Consul General at Algiers with express dispatches for London on the commencement of hostilities by Algiers. With the letter is enclosed Ball's Memorial [see Folio 184 below] in relation to which Ball says that although he has recited his services in Flanders and America he does 'not apply for any consideration on that account'.
