Folios 179-180. Attorney-General's report, following the intercession of the Duchess of Norfolk, on the case of John Baptist Molony convicted at the 1767 summer Surrey Assizes 'of exercising the office of a Popish Priest on the oath of the informant William Payne' for which Molony was sentenced to life imprisonment. The decision is left entirely to the King and the Privy Council. Signed by Wm [William] de Grey.
