Folios 291-299: Arab levy battalion: favours the proposal made by Sir Henry Dobbs that the Arab battalion should be allowed to recruit to bring them up to strength, and is of the opinion that reductions in the Imperial garrison should receive first considerations and that such reductions cannot be considered until local forces are increased.
