Folios 232-233: John Price, Plymouth Dock.
Clarifies why he is asking to be put on half pay from 25 August 1816. He explains that the Treasury Establishment he worked for from 1 October 1813 was about to be done away with on 24 August. However he had been a commander, promoted on 28 April 1812, until his appointment to the Treasury.
