Folios 195-196: Edmund Palmer, HMS Hebrus, Plymouth Sound.
Advises that the 'friends of a young gentleman named Henry Mundy' wish him to enter the Navy and Palmer is willing to have him on his ship if the Admiralty approves. Encloses documents of his age etc [nothing now enclosed]. Admiralty note on rear says if no objection it is approved.
