Asks that Mr James Hooky, lately discharged from HMS Newcastle owing to the large number of midshipmen joining the ship with Captain Meynell, and who is to join Pring's vessel on the Lake Service, may be given a passage out on board HMS Dee. Admiralty note on rear concurs.
