Description

Captured ship: Arms of Danzig or Wapen Van Danzig (master Daniel Jansen Bruijn) [first capture].

History: a Danzig ship (140 tons), bound from Ostend to Bilbao, in ballast; taken on 4/15 July 1689 off Ushant by the privateer St David (John Graydon commanding), and brought into Plymouth.
