Attorney-General's report to the King recommending, with the usual proviso for enrolment, that the petition of Benjamin Martin, optician of Fleet Street [London] for Letters Patent for his invention of 'an hydraulic engine in the nature of a pump for raising water' should be granted in any part of the King's dominions 'where the same may be found to be useful'.
