Folios 107-108. The Recorder of London James Eyre's report to the Duke of Richmond on the case of John Donoley a prisoner in Newgate under sentence of transportation for seven years for breaking and entering Joseph Frankland's house in the night and stealing nine pairs of worsted stockings value 20 shillings. He is of the opinion that Donoley is not a suitable object for a free pardon.
