Letter from Grey Cooper, Treasury Chambers, to William Fraser that as the reports upon which the demands of the Landgrave of Hesse on account of the Hessian troops which served in Germany in the last war, have been presented to and approved by Parliament, the Treasury are of the opinion that they are precluded from entering into further consideration of the matter. Endorsed 'copy sent to Monsieur Alt April 30 1766'. [Monsieur Just Henry Alt Minister of the Landgrave of Hesse].
