Folios 63-64. Mr Baron [George] Perrott's certificate on the case of John Guy who was tried with his son, also John, at Gloucester for 'privately stealing in a warehouse one sack and five bushels of flour the goods of William Wallis'. John Guy senior was sentenced to transportation and there have been many requests for a pardon made on his behalf. Perrott does not think he can interpose his opinion between Guy and the King's pardon. Names mentioned John Wallis, son of William Wallis, and John Minett. Dated at Pershore.
