Report from the Commissioners of Customs to 'Your Lordship' on a letter from Mr Secretary Conway concerning Count de Guerchy's complaint of the seizure of three French vessels suspected of being involved in smuggling and the 'very vigorous treatment' of Captain Sestroy by the Customs officers at Harwich. A Captain Dagnett and Thomas Masham are mentioned. Copy.
