Mr Baron George Perrott's report recommending Ezekiel Wilson, who was capitally convicted at Exeter of robbing William Gill in Plymouth, for mercy on condition of transportation for life. Names mentioned are Bernard MacGennes, James Tompson, Mary Gill, Elizabeth Gill and a Mr Marshal. Folios 93-95. Letter from Mr Baron George Perrott's to 'My Lord' that [Bernard] MacGennis's case is fully stated in his report of Ezekiel Wilson's case and recommending MacGennis for mercy on condition of transportation for life.
