Folios 77-80. Folios 77-78. Mr Baron Smythe's report to the King on the case of Thomas Jones convicted at Kingston, Surrey of privately stealing in the dwelling house of George Seddon in St George's, Southwark for which he was sentenced to seven years transportation. Smythe suggests that if Jones is as ill as he says he is 'it may be proper to respite his transportation till he is well enough to be sent'. Folios 79-80. Thomas Jones's petition to the King for 'such mercy and relief' as may seem proper.
