Captured ship: Angel Gabriel of Westerwick, otherwise Engeln Gabriel of Västervik (master Cornelius Cornelisen).
History: a Swedish merchant ship (100 lasts, 6 guns men, owners Hans Bareman and Jacob Ryse), bound from Västervik and Fleckery [Flekkerøy] to La Rochelle, laden with deal, tar, pitch and paving stones; taken on 1/12 July 1694, by HMS Elizabeth (Robert Wilmot commanding), and brought into the Downs.
