The Legal Deposit Advisory Panel was established in September 2005 to advise the Secretary of State on the implementation of the Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003. Revised terms of reference were issued in March 2007 to extend the Panel's scope to make recommendations on both non-regulatory and regulatory options for the deposit of non-print publications.
