Folios 230-231: Michael Quin, HMS Raleigh, Sheerness. Recommends George Champion, Gunner of HMS Raleigh, whose conduct form 31 July 1834 has been excellent, particularly when the ship was in a typhoon in August 1835 which resulted in the loss of guns, mast and boats.
