Folios 701-702: Number 226, 15 October 1918. E33, Lieutenant Eric Bannerman Tod, 7-14 October. On Z47 patrol near (co-ordinates given). Nothing to report.

Folios 703-704: Number 227, 15 October 1918. E42, Lieutenant Charles Henry Allen, 6-15 October. On R patrol near (co-ordinates given). Sighted steamers.

Folios 705-707: Number 228, 17 October 1918. L16, Lieutenant Commander Alfred Gordon Hine, 9-16 October. On Z22 patrol near (co-ordinates given). On 10 October sighted an enemy submarine but had difficulty opening bow tubes.

Folios 708-710: Number 229, 20 October 1918. L12, Lieutenant Commander Philip Esmonde Phillips, 11-20 October. On Y9 patrol. On 16 October torpedoed and sunk an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given). Recommended: Lieutenant Commander Philip Esmonde Phillips, Lieutenant J.C.V. Morgan, ERA J.W. Rogers, PO B.W. Brett, PO J. Marks and LS J.E. Vickery.
