Folios 276-277: S.F.1918/99, 9 October 1918. G1, Lieutenant Edward Frederick Fanning, on Z.47 patrol, 30 September to 8 October.

Folios 277-279: S.F.1918/100, 11 October 1918. J5, Commander Edward Courtney Boyle, on Z.22 patrol, 29 September to 3 October. On 30 September fired torpedoes at an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given).

Folios 279-281: S.F.1918/101, 18 October 1918. G2, Lieutenant Henry Neville Lake, on patrol Y.9, 5-14 October. On 10 October sighted an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given) and on 12 October at (co-ordinates given). List of coded sound signal.

Folios 282-283: S.F.1918/102, 18 October 1918. J2, Lieutenant Commander Alfred Michael Winser, on Z.21 patrol, 8-15 October. On 10 October fired two torpedoes at an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given).

Folios 283-284: S.F.1918/103, 18 October 1918. G3, Lieutenant Ian Agnew Patterson Macintyre, on Z.48 patrol, 9-16 October. Sighted steamers and sailing vessels.

Folios 285-286: S.F.1918/104, 18 October 1918. G5, Lieutenant Douglas Ramsden Attwood, on Z.49 patrol, 9-16 October. Sighted steamers.

Folios 286-299: Missing. Folios 300-301: S.F.1918/105, 24 October 1918. G4, Laieutenant Thomas Aislabie Powell, on Z.48 patrol, 15-22 October.

Folios 301-302: S.F.1918/106, 24 October 1918. G10, Lieutenant Alan Courtnay Moncrieff Bennett, on Z.49 patrol, 15-22 October. On 16 October sighted an enemy destroyer at (co-ordinates given) homeward bound for swept channel. Sighted Belgium Relief steamers. Folios 302-303: S.F.1918/107, 25 October 1918. M1, Cdr. Robert Bertram Ramsey, on Z.23 patrol, 19-24 October.

Folios 303-304: S.F.1918/108, 26 October 1918. J7, Lieutenant Commander Francis James Harold Dawson, on R patrol, 19-26 October. Sighted steamers. On 22 October sighted HMS Furious and destroyers at (co-ordinates given). [Unless stated otherwise, the following reports are from Commander F.A. Somerville, HMS Titania, Commander (S) Blyth].

Folio 305: 1 November 1918. G7, Lieutenant Charles Arthur Campbell Russell, on Z.47 patrol is overdue and considered lost. Crew List. Loss of G7.

Folios 306-308: 4 November 1918. Lieutenant Henry Neville Lake, G2 torpedoing and sinking an enemy submarine on 27 October. Diagram sketch of attack.

Folios 309-310: S.F.1918/110: G5, Lieutenant Douglas Ramsden Attwood, on Z.48 patrol, 2-4 November. Battery flooded and returned to base.

Folios 318-319: S.F.1918/120, 22 November 1918. G2, Lieutenant Henry Neville Lake, on Z.57 patrol, 13-18 November.

Folios 319-320: S.F.1918/121, 22 November 1918. G1, Lieutenant Edward Frederick Fanning, on Z.48 patrol, 14-21 November.

Folio 321: S.F.1918/123, 22 November 1918. H24, Lieutenant Colin George MacArthur, on Z.47 patrol, 17-22 November.

Folio 322: S.F.1918/124. J2, Lieutenant Commander Alfred Michael Winser, on Z.48 patrol. Left on 20 November, recalled and returned 22 November.

Folio 323: Report of Operations HMS LUCIA [Unless stated otherwise, the following reports are from Captain Leonard Andrew Boyd Donaldson, HMS Lucia, Captain (S) Tees].

Folio 324-325: 14 September 1916. Extracts from reports of G8, G11 and G12, 6-14 September, under orders of Lieutenant Commander Andrew Wilmot-Smith of G11. On 7 September sighted an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given). Suspect enemy destroyers sent to harry submarines at (co-ordinates given) so next patrol should be shifted.

Folios 326-328: 30 September 1916. Extracts from reports of G7, G10 and G12, 22-29 September, under the orders of Lieutenant Commander Bernard Acworth of G10. On 23 September sighted an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given). G12 at (co-ordinates given), G10 at (co-ordinates given) and G7 at (co-ordinates given). A destroyer tried to ram G12. On 29 September G12 sighted an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given).

Folio 329: 15 October 1916. G7, 12-13 October, returned as motor broke down.

Folios 330-332: 16 October 1916. Extracts from reports of G12, G8 and G9, 7-15 October, under the orders of Lieutenant Commander Octavius Regnart of G12. Sighted British warships. G9 at (co-ordinates given), G8 at 5(co-ordinates given) and G12 at (co-ordinates given). Weather very rough.

Folio 333: 20 October 1916. G10, 14-20 October, in place of G7, to (co-ordinates given).

Folio 334: 30 October 1916. Extracts from reports of G8, G9 and G11, 22-28 October, under the orders of Lieutenant Commander Andrew Wilmot-Smith of G11. Weather very bad.

Folio 335: 30 October 1916. E44, Lieutenant Commander Henry Phillips Hughes, 27-29 October. Returned with damage to hydroplane.

Folio 336: 31 October 1916. G13, Lieutenant George Fagan Bradshaw, 28-30 October. Returned with damage.

Folios 337-338: 4 November 1916. G10, Lieutenant Commander Bernard Acworth, 26 October to 3 November, in Skagerrak. Weather very rough.

Folio 339: 5 November 1916. G7, 27 October to 3 November, off Horns Reef. Weather rough. Folio 340: 15 November 1916. E39, Lieutenant George Sarsfield Walsh, 6-8 November. Returned with damage.

Folio 341: 15 November 1916. Extract of reports of E44 and G13, 6-14 November. On 10 November, E44 sighted a mine at (co-ordinates given). Weather very rough.
