Folio 10: Covering letter dated 24 December 1915 by Commander Stanley Lyte Willis, HMS Titania, regarding a copy of H.M. submarine D7 reports of operations for 15-23 December 1915 forwarded to the Commander-in-Chief, Grand Fleet.

Folios 11-12: Report of proceedings for 15 to 23 December 1915 of H.M. submarine D7, Lieutenant in command, Charles de Burgh. Left Blyth for surface patrol between Ryvengen Light and Christiansand. Stopped and boarded steamers allowing them to proceed. On 19 December 1915, attacked by destroyers. Patrolled Skaw-Christiansand-Naze. At 2.00 a.m. of 21 December 1915 the track of a torpedo from an enemy submarine passed under.

Folio 14: Report of proceedings for 17 to 25 December 1915 of H.M. submarine D8, Lieutenant in command, Geoffrey Robert Sladen Watkins. Left Blyth for Hantstholme Light. Sighted steamers on easterly and westerly courses. Returned to Blyth due to bad weather.

Folio 15: Covering letter dated 18 January 1916 by Stanley Lyte Willis, HMS Titania, regarding a copy of H.M. submarine D7 reports of operations for 9-17 January 1916 forwarded to the Commander-in-Chief, Grand Fleet.

Folios 16-18: Report of proceedings for 9-17 January 1916 of H.M. submarine D7, Lieutenant in command, Charles de Burgh. To Hantsholme Light. Very heavy swell damaged engines. Rounded Skaw and searched for enemy warships. Sighted steamers. To Hirshalls Light. Bad weather.

Folios 20-21: Report of proceedings for 5-12 February 1916 of H.M. submarine D8, Lieutenant in command, Geoffrey Robert Sladen Watkins. From Blyth to Ryvengen Light and on to cruising position to intercept vessels bound for Kattegat. Gales between Skaw and Hamnskar Light. Sighted and boarded steamers. Destroyer with Norwegian flag attempted to ram.

Folio 22: Covering letter dated 7 March 1916 by Stanley Lyte Willis, HMS Titania, regarding copies of H.M. submarine D7 reports of operations for 22-28 February 1916, and for H.M. submarine E 30 for 22 February-1 March 1916 forwarded to the Commander-in-Chief, Grand Fleet.

Folios 23-24: Report of proceedings for 22-28 February 1916 of H.M. submarine D7, Lieutenant in command, Charles de Burgh. Left Blyth for area X. Weather very rough and sighted steamers. Proceeded to area Y and moved to Norwegian coast. Unable to see land so returned earlier to Blyth.

Folios 25-26: Report of proceedings for 22 February-1 March 1916 of H.M. submarine E30, Lieutenant Commander Geoffrey Nepean Biggs. Left Blyth and made Danish coast at Thyborn, then patrolled southward. Proceeded to Norwegian coast at Naze and crossed Stavanger Fjord.

Folio 27: Covering letter dated 11 March 1916 by Stanley Lyte Willis, HMS Titania, regarding copies of H.M. submarine D7 reports of operations for 5-11 March 1916, forwarded to the Commander-in-Chief, Grand Fleet.

Folios 28-29: Report of proceedings for 5-11 March 1916 of H.M. submarine D7, Lieutenant in command, Charles de Burgh. Left Blyth and rounded Skaw to Vinga Light. Sighted steamers, but none on Trading with Germany list, and Swedish armed trawlers. No German Auxiliary Cruiser off Goteburg.

Folio 30: Covering letter dated 22 March 1916 by Stanley Lyte Willis, HMS Titania, regarding copies of H.M. submarine E30 reports of operations for 14-22 March 1916, forwarded to the Commander-in-Chief, Grand Fleet.

Folios 31-32: Report of proceedings for 14-22 March 1916 of H.M. submarine E30, Lieutenant Commander Geoffrey Nepean Biggs. Left Blyth, rounded Skaw and to position north of Anholt Island. Patrolled between Anholt and Morup Tange LV. Put prize crew on to Norwegian Kong Inge which had cargo for Lubeck. Stopped and examined steamer. Steamers hug Swedish coast.

Folio 33: Covering letter dated 13 April 1916 by Stanley Lyte Willis, HMS Titania, regarding copies of H.M. submarines E30, G4, and G5, reports of operations for 5-10 April 1916, forwarded to the Commander-in-Chief, Grand Fleet.

Folio 34: Report of proceedings for 5-10 April 1916 of H.M. submarine E30, Lieutenant Commander Geoffrey Nepean Biggs; H.M. submarine G4, Lieutenant Commander John Fenwick Hutchings; H.M. submarine G5, Fitzroy Hamilton Dalrymple Byron. E30 proceeded to Eastern, G4 to Centre and G5 to Western positions. E30 had a violent battery explosion killing four men. Trimmed down during daylight, otherwise little chance of seeing an enemy submarine.

E43 to position G, G4 to E and G5 to F, then G4 to 57¢ª30¡¯N 10¢ª45¡¯E, G5 to 57¢ª30¡¯N 11¢ª30¡¯E and E43 to 57¢ª50¡¯N 11¢ªE. Steamers and fishing vessel sighted. A vessel attempted to ram G5 SW of Anholt Island. E43 sighted a periscope.
