Hearing of counsel for and against the bill for making navigable the channel near Colchester. 14 April. Bills:- sale of property in Hackney for the benefit of Susan Cary, widow; rectification of a conveyance made by Sir Edward Turner. Lord Mohun's petition. Writ of Error Morley against Jones. 15 April. Bills:- better supply of fresh water for Newcastle upon Tyne [Northumberland]; sale of land for payment of the late Wriothesly, Earl of Gainsborough; relating to the Court held by the President and Council of the Welsh Marches; confirmation of the sale of part of the late Sir John Churchill.
