Description

Folio 106. Votes of the House of Commons. Number 103. Including petitions from the bakers, cheesemongers and other retailers within the parishes of Lambeth, Christ Church, St Saviour's and Newington Butts ; the shopkeepers, meal men, inn holders, victuallers, labourers, market people and retailers of St Alban's, Hertfordshire; William Gibson and others on behalf of themselves and the rest of the soldiers late of the garrison and company of Upnor Castle commanded by Colonel Edward Rouse; the poor prisoners confined in the King's Bench and Fleet prisons; Roger Kirkby and Catherine his wife for leave to proceed against William Stringer a Member of the House. Various private bills were presented or read and reports on the bill for the better discovery of estates given to superstitious uses. Printed.
