Folios 65-66. Notes of proceedings of the House of Commons for Ambassador Williamson principally about the bill for religion and the attempt by those who wanted to have the bill set aside to introduce a rider to it against polytheism. Also mentioned are a bill to indemnify some Revenue officers who had omitted to take the Test Act; Lord Hartington's motion that Charles Duncombe be committed to the Tower; and that the House sitting in a committee of Ways and Means 'but it was rather to hear what anybody would propose than that they intended to fix upon anything at this time. There was most said about coals and it looks as if that would be the first duty proposed'.
