Folio 39. Votes of the House of Commons. Number 88. Including reports from Sir William Blackett, Mr Brotherton, Sir Rowland Gwyn and Lord Spencer, the latter's relating to the libel of the Lord Chancellor. Sir Rowland Gwyn's report includes reference to [blank] Toryn, a Frenchman, now living in Wandsworth [Surrey], who has been exporting 'very great quantities of wool yearly from Edinburgh to parts beyond the seas, which wool was brought into Scotland' from Northumberland. Printed.
