Folios 9-10. Notes of the Proceedings of Parliament. 16 March. The Commons in committee on 'the three shilling Bill'. Dissatisfaction with the actions of the Lords regarding Mr [Charles] Duncombe and appointment of a committee to inspect the Lords' journals concerning this.
The Lords' judgement in 'a civil cause which some think extraordinary about the disposition of old Mr Cary's estate in relation to which Lord Guildford [Guilford], Lord Falkland, the Earl of Abingdon, Mr Bertie and Lord Arlington are mentioned.
