Reports on: King [William III's] embarkation at Margate [Kent, for Netherlands], accompanied by the Earl of Romney, Lord Albemarle, Monsieur d'Averquerke [d'Averkerk], Lord Raby, Lord Selkirk, [William] Blathwayt, and others; prorogation of parliament; the Prince [George] and Princess [Anne] of Denmark's impending journey to Windsor [Berkshire]; Mr [Francis] Godolphin, son of Lord Godolphin, made a teller of the Exchequer; the marriage of Lord Cornwallis to Lady Charlotte Butler, daughter of the Earl of Arran, the Earl of Stamford and Lord Lexington made commissioners of trade in the room of the Earl of Bridgewater and the Earl of Tankerville; Mr [Thomas] Pendergast made a baronet; Lord Berkley, the Duke of Bolton and Lord Galway made justices of Ireland.
