An unsigned newsletter [to Joseph Williamson] concerning House of Commons bills: for soldiers exercising their trades in cities and corporations ; inserting a clause in a bill for continuing the Royal Oak Lottery; for a land tax; and for Sea Captains. The names of commissioners for forfeited estates in Ireland reported to parliament, namely: Francis Annesley, the Earl of Drogheda, John Trenchard, James Hamilton, Henry Langford, Sir Richard Leving, and Sir Francis Brewster.
