Reports: mourning at court on news of death of the Prince [?Joseph Ferdinand Leopold of Bavaria]; arrangements to ship corn to Flanders; Mr Moslow and orders for 'tin ships', mentioning the Elector, Sir Charles Hedges, Sir Wm [William] Phipps, and the Spanish [Spain] ambassador's claim. Expresses commiserations to Hill for being held at the Buoy of the Nore [Thames Estuary].
