Unsigned newsletter to Lord Ambassador [Joseph] Williamson, dated at Whitehall, mentioning: Sir William Norris, ambassador to the Mogul [Muhi-ud-Din Muhammad, alias Aurangzeb] due to sail from Harwich [Essex], under Captain Warren, with the Anglesey, Hastings, and Lizard, with an anti-piracy squadron for the East Indies. Reports parliamentary news: bills making Billingsgate a free fish market, and others relating to corn, erecting a Church at Liverpool [Lancashire], distilling spirits mentioning Mr Heveningham, woollen manufacture, disbanding the forces.
