Folios 115-116. A letter from R [Robert] Yard to Ambassador [Joseph] Williamson, at The Hague [Netherlands], dated at Whitehall, concerning a third reading of a Bill for Disbanding the Forces. Speaking against were: Sir William Blackett, Colonel [Richard] Norton, Sir John Mainwaring, Sir John Philips. For the bill, were: Mr Harlay [Edward Harley], Sir Christopher Musgrave, Sir Edward Seymour, Lord Hartington, and Mr [Henry] Pelham.
