Reports on Ireland's parliament: land tax raising £120,000; duty on woollen manufacture; barracks building; and linen manufacture. Also mentions: the delayed departure from Portsmouth [Hampshire] of William Norris, going as ambassador to the Mogul [Muhi-ud-Din Muhammad, alias Aurangzeb]; the death of the Bishop of Connor, with dean Smith expected to succeed him.
