Reports on: Williamson's letter to the Speaker, delivered by Mr Stone, and read in the House of Commons, concerning Thetford [Cambridgeshire]; Mr Clifford's business in the courts; Williamson's commission for treating with the States [Estates General, Netherlands] and Sweden; Lord Portland; the failure of a parliamentary measure about troops to be disbanded, with Lord Hartington, Mr Pelham, and Sir Richard Bastow speaking against it; eligibility of Irish and Scots to serve; and marines.
