Folios 134-135. Letter from Geo [George] Oxenden at Doctors' Commons to Lord Ambassador [Sir Joseph] Williamson explaining why the decree in Lambert's case, concerning the release of a ship, was given by the deputy governor of Dover Castle. He also deals with the French demand for money for a privateer brought in by a Captain Lapthorn 'after the peace'. In a postscript he mentions the duel between Lord William Pawlett and Anthony Hammond.
