Various matters including petitions relating, inter alia, to the high duties on leather; rendering the River Dun navigable; the woollen trade in England and Ireland; money owing on account of transport service in 1693; soldiers discharged out of Lord Jedbrough's [William Kerr, Lord Jedburgh] seeking redress for the money due to them; complaint against Cadwallader Wyn, Thomas Bulkly, Charles Allonson, John Evans, Hugh Evans and others unnamed for challenging and threatening Arthur Owen a Member of Parliament in breach of the privilege of the House of Commons. Printed.
