Principally concerning the presentation and referral to committee of petitions complaining of the high duties on glass and leather; report on the petition of Don Philip de la Guerra relating to Sir William Godolphin's will; report by Sir Thomas Littleton from the Committee of the whole House regarding the supply to be granted to the King; an order that candles be brought in following which Mr Powell and Mr Hern were separately examined regarding Mr Duncomb.
