Folio 60. Proceedings of the House of Commons that were taken up with a complaint against the Admiralty by some of the captains whose ships had been taken during the war for which they had been tried by a court martial and acquitted. The Admiralty had stopped the captains' pay when their ships' companies were cleared off.
