Folios 56-57. Votes of the House of Commons. Number 29. Petition of the leather trades of Towcester, Northamptonshire; investigation of the claims by William Knight of his ill usage in the Gatehouse. Royal assent to four public and one private bill as listed. Resolutions that a sum not exceeding £350,000 be granted to the King for maintaining guards and garrisons for the year 1698 and the grant of a Supply 'for the speedy paying and disbanding the army'. Printed.
