Name: E Llewellyn.
Occupation: Guard.
Place of accident: No 26 Tip road, Glamorgan.
Injury: Sprained foot.
Details of accident: The Engine of his train was pushing a number of wagons of coal on to this tip road , the Guard riding on the first truck. After the vehicles had been placed in the required position Llewellyn signalled the Driver to stop and in jumping off the truck he turned on his right foot.
