Name: D Robins.
Occupation: Tipper.
Place of accident: No 23 Tip, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right arm and hip bruised.
Details of accident: Robins and one of his mates were about to hook the anti-breakage box at his tip on to the crane chain when as a result of the topman accidentally moving the lever the jib of the crane suddenly moved towards the Dock, the chain knocking Robins against the point piece.
