Name: T Eddolls.
Occupation: Guard.
Place of accident: East Dock Sidings, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right knee wrenched.
Details of accident: Some empty wagons were being removed from No 23 tip empty road and Eddolls was riding in the last truck. After coming to a stand over the points he was about to get down off the truck when in consequence of the buffer turning he slipped and fell to the ground.
