Injury: Knee badly swollen.
Details of accident: A wagon of coal was being drawn on to the weighing machine but as there was some defect in the brake connections Bartlett was in the act of placing a scotch under the wheels of this truck when he fell on the rails, his right leg going awkwardly under him.
