Folio 147. Newsletter. Letters from Ireland bring further particulars of the damage done at Athlone by the lightning, which set the magazine on fire, containing 380 barrels of powder. The market house was shattered all to pieces, the bridge and a great many houses damaged, several persons were killed and others injured. Letters from Kinsale say that the Perry of London, Thomas Man master, has arrived there from Hudson's Bay, richly laden with furs. She has brought over the governor of that place. The Lords Justices issued a proclamation for the pprehending of the Duke of Berwick, Sir George Berkely [Barclay] and several others, for high treason.
