Folio 16. Newsletter, containing some details as to the Irish poll tax. Shopkeepers and tradesmen worth £20 are to pay 2 shillings 6 pence; if worth £50, 5 s; and so on. Pedlars and Gray [grey] merchants, travelling with or without a horse, to pay 10 s. All who are in orders of the 'Romish' [Roman Catholic church] religion to pay 12 s 6 d.
