Folios 101-113: Purchase of Port of Basrah by Iraq Government: Letter from the Imperial Bank of Persia to the Secretary of State encloses copy of circular from the Ministry of Commerce, Baghdad, to their agent inviting the bank to cooperate in a scheme to finance the purchase of the port, but before replying enquires whether H M G can supply further information.
