Folios 71-78: Concessions on the Mesopotamian Rivers: Letter from the Euphrates and Tigris Steam Navigation Company in reference to a notification issued by the High Commissioner calling for particulars of all concessions granted to British subjects by the late Turkish Government The letter relates the history of the company, trusting that H M G will afford them full protection and insisting on maintenance of complete freedom of navigation.
