The Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel (CICAP) considers appeals against decisions made by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA). In 2009 the CICAP became the First–tier Tribunal (Consumer Credit) which forms part of the General Regulatory Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal.
The CICAP later became known as the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal.
